Situated on the east coast of this tropical island, the 5 star all inclusive resort of Dream of Zanzibar boasts a beach front setting at Pwani Machangani overlooking the waters of the Indian Ocean. Stone Town lies within easy reach at only 40 minutes drive away.

The 157 guest rooms have been built in the style of African-Arab palaces, with the interiors designed by Italian architects and built from finest teak wood. There are a variety of different types of rooms at Dream of Zanzibar. There are two types of deluxe room, the garden rooms which have an exclusive swimming pool with a children’s area and bar whilst the ocean view that have a view of the Indian Ocean. There are also junior suites, some with and some without Jacuzzis. For an extra special treat, there are also 3 royal suites, each with a private pool.

Each room has either a king size or twin beds, mosquito nets, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, safety deposit box and mini-bar. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a hairdryer.

The main restaurant, called Cape to Venice Brasserie, is air-conditioned and offers both outdoor and indoor international dining for its guests. The service is mainly buffet-style with regular themed nights organised.

The hotel also offers its guests internet access, a laundry service, room service and baby-sitting facilities.
