This small 8/11/14 roomed property is situated along the turquoise coastline of the northern most tip of the exotic island of Zanzibar. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, a refrigerator and en suite facilities. Each is decorated in simple fashion and are comfortable and beautifully cool. Each twin/double room feature mosquito-netted bed/s as well as amble storage facilities for that all important luggage! The double rooms have a private veranda and some also have the extra space of a living room.

Should you wish to self-cater, each room has a kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals with provisions bought from the local village. However, breakfast and evening meals are available at Flame Tree Cottages should you wish to relax completely and leave the cooking to someone else! Should you choose to take breakfast, this will be served to you on your veranda.

Flame Tree Cottages is an ideal spot for those who enjoy watersports. The hotel is just a short boat ride away from the Mnemba Atoll with its good snorkelling and diving. Alternatively you can enjoy a sail aboard the hotels' traditional dhow, take a fishing trip or an excursion dolphin-spotting.
