Kikadini Villas are located on the East Coast of Zanzibar, in the small village of Jambiani, approximately 60 kilometres from Stone Town. The Villas have been built on a 130 metre, brilliant white sand beach and are beachfront, with the beach only a few footsteps away.

There are 5 spacious villas and 10 private suites, all different and designed to recreate the feeling of the famous ‘Arabian Nights’ exotic tales. The villas are available either on a private basis - offering total privacy and lots of space - or as separate private suites. However you choose to book, each villa has a central patio, roof-top and garden terrace. All have mosquito nets in the bedrooms as well as en-suite facilities whilst some have open air bathrooms!

When booked as a private villa, between 2 and 6 clients can be accommodated at any one time. The private villas come with full butler service and all meals can be served in the villa unless guests choose to eat in the evening restaurant. The private suites are also spacious and have full use of the beautiful grounds of the villa.

There is a roof -top restaurant with scenic views available as well as a lounge serving drinks and after-dinner sishas. Afternoon tea and cocktails are also available here. The swimming pool has an all-day bar service for guests.

There is plenty to do at Kikadini Villas. Snorkelling, diving, sailing, kite surfing and deep sea fishing are available from the hotel and can be arranged locally for guests. Alternatively, excursions taking guests further afield to Stone Town or on cultural tours can be organised.
