Newly opened, the 15 roomed Kilindi resort is a uniquely styled luxury property set in 54 acres and built around a 25 metre swimming pool. The hotel itself is approximately 1 hours drive from Stonetown on the north-western tip of the exotic island of Zanzibar. The hotel offers views across the age-old dhow trading routes.

The rooms are known as Pavilions – from the dictionary definition of “a free standing structure; an object of pleasure, connected with peace and relaxation” - and are built in a new design to be ecologically friendly to both guests and the environment.

Each room makes the maximum usage of natural light and also has its own solar powered water system, allowing for natural air-conditioning. There are family rooms available and it is only in these rooms that you will find a television.

The hotel offers both indoor and outside dining on individual tables. Food served within the restaurants is fresh and locally grown and the hotel also operates a profit share initiative with local community partners.

The hotel is set on 500 metres of beach and aims to offer its guests a taste of paradise.
